Includes exclusive collector image mini comic book. Background: Found in a burning field and suffering from amnesia, the Dragon has never fully recovered his personal identity. Yet mysteriously retains full knowledge of everything else. Dragon was first recruited by Lieutenant Frank Darling to combat the escalating gangland and underworld activities perpetrated by the Vicious Circle - the notorious band of criminal super freaks. Dragon's amazing strength is widely known. He is the weapon the Chicago police force needs in order to defend the city. He is a highly trained freak with startling skills in hand-to-hand combat and weapons control... Of note is the prominent fin ridge located on the top of his head, that oddity, coupled with his nearly impenetrable greenish flesh has garnered him the nickname, the Savage Dragon. Sometimes assisted by the Teenage mutant Ninja Turtles on special assignments, Dragon and his ninja partners fight the criminal element with full force. He's a by-the-book lawman who doesn't think twice about bringing criminal freaks or humans to justice.
